I am a recent Strategic Management graduate and software engineer based in Rotterdam. My coding journey started back in 2021, when I decided I wanted to fulfill my dream of building digital products and services. Therefore, I took it upon myself to learn how to code and I have been invested in process ever since.
For my first real-world project I am building legal SaaS solution in which I have learned a lot about frontend and backend engineering. Additionally, this application leverages external APIs to enhance efficiency of the software architecture. Due to the use of external APIs user experience is enhanced through combining rich feature sets of our own implementations and already existing solutions.
Current digital infrastructure solutions still rely heavily on traditional cloud storage, which exposes them to risks such as loss of data and a cost structure dependent on service providers.
Blockchain started off as layer1 solutions, but due to network congestion and scalability issues, new initiatives are being created to overcome the scalability hurdles.
